Adjustable Roller Stand with Base Plate

Adjustable roller stand with base plate for heavy-duty support system designed to guide and stabilize pipes. The assembly consists of a carbon steel base plate and a rotating pipe roller mounted on adjustable screws. The base plate includes anchoring holes for secure mounting to floors, piers, or structural supports. The roller accommodates bare or insulated pipes and is available in ZP or HDG finishes for corrosion resistance in dry, humid, or marine environments. Vertical adjustment is achieved via four corner screws, while lateral alignment is enabled by the roller’s sliding mechanism. Compliant with MSS-SP-58 Type 46, ANSI/MSS SP-69.
